I remembered that I had a Plasma Globe up in the loft so thought I'd get it down and see if I could capture some interesting shots.
Took around 10 shots, picked the best and then edited them quickly in Elements. I'm going to spend some serious time with this over the next few days but would be interested to get C&C on these quickies
They've lost alot of detail during the resizing process. Going to look into that for next time.
1. Original Test shot, unedited.
2. Edited version. Wanted to capture the blue flares. My limited editing skills show around the centre.
3. Another similar edit.
4. Finger attracting the flare. Difficult to do this without moving the globe. It was on the carpet. next time will be on the table with a black background.
5. Now using more of my hand.
6. Too much editing on this IMHO.
7. Both hands. Due to the way the plasma is attracted to my hands I had to hold one finger on the surface at a time to get the whole hand print.
